James Cook of WFRG Very Active Financing and Selling MHC's & RV Resorts

Since the inception of this website we have closed on the sale of 17 parks and well over 3,100 sites. We currently have another 625 sites in due diligence. Besides for our brokerage activity we also are very active in the lending markets with one loan closed this month, another cleared to close, and two more commitment issued, in underwriting.

1/28/09 James Cook of Westfield Realty Group - We currently have several projects under contract including an almost $16m transaction on a senior MHC in FL. We successfully closed 5 transactions last year with 7 closing during 2008. There were almost 5700 pads that traded hands last year that we tracked, and  we have a relationship with every buyer.
